The idea to embed more creativity and innovation into teaching is positively met by education community and its need is confirmed by various studies and documents.

TEACH INC approach is to analyze teachers' perception about creativity through a survey and focus groups in Belgium, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain and Greece as well as carrying out desk research in these topics. The outcomes demonstrate needs as expressed by teachers and focusing on identifing the necesarry skills and competences which are instrumenal in fostering modern classrooms with novel ideas.

The research and analysis have led to a competence framework and is helping to select the most suited techniques and develop the easily adaptable tools for creation of learning materials. These materials will help for present and future teachers to include more creativity and innovation into their teaching activities in a cohorent and intelligible manner, leading to more motivated and happy students.
